Activities that may be considered irregular include: consistently placing bets on events with delayed odds updates, exploiting software errors or technical malfunctions, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profits (arbitrage betting or "sure bets"), using automated betting systems or bots, or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair play. If we detect irregular activity, we reserve the right to void affected bets, suspend your account pending investigation, and withhold withdrawals until the investigation is completed. Severe cases may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You must not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with your use of api500 Services. You must not interfere with the proper functioning of our Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
If api500 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we may take one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend or close your account, void any affected bets and forfeit any winnings derived from prohibited activity, forfeit your entire account balance if the violation is severe, refuse to process pending withdrawals, exclude you from future bonuses and promotions, report your activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities if illegal activity is suspected, and pursue legal action to recover damages. api500 decisions regarding prohibited activities are final and are not subject to appeal or arbitration.

You may also request self-exclusion for a specified period (six months, one year, two years, or permanently) if you feel you need a break from gambling. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to access it or create a new account.
